Pros
Everyone on the OpAD team is extremely passionate about what they do and works with the highest integrity. Got to work with really great clients doing super relevant and important work.
Cons
Not necessarily a downside, but after onboarding, you'll be given a lot of responsibility early on so if you're looking for somewhere to slack off this is not the place for you. Management, while very supportive, definitely expects you to work hard, but if you do you'll gain a ton of experience.
