They will select easily and they take client round interview after joining the company. A person from USA will take interview and will fired if you are not clearing that round. You will loose your current and previous job as well. Too much politics. All are Tamilians there and they prefer to hire Tamil people only. Why they are hiring north indians? They do not take all rounds before joining the company.
