Pros
In general the company supports the work/life balance of it's employees offering time off when needed and a very flexible schedule. Employee discounts are offered, including an additional discount during the holidays. The senior management is knowledgeable about the outlet business and merchandising closeout product, and is willing to educate it's employees on this part of the business whenever possible.
Cons
There are opportunities for improved communication and organization among the senior management. A lack of a solid payroll, human resources and a core leadership structure causes problems on an almost daily basis. The perception among employees is that the company is growing at a rate that the owners cannot keep up with, and this causes undue struggles for managers and their teams at a store level.
