Pros
Since it's a small company, everyone has a decent amount of involvement in the projects. There was a fair amount of international employees, which makes the studio environment varied and fun. Relaxed environment.
Cons
The projects were badly organised There was a severe lack of experience on the management side. The hours are long, and frequently extend to the weekends. The majority of the production team were students.
