Pros

"Unlimited PTO", Virtual Social Events, Book Club

Cons

The company claims to offer flexible work schedules and unlimited PTO, stating that it's fine to take time off as needed, but this is not the reality. Additionally, the management does not provide sufficient guidance, and the onboarding process is inadequate. They emphasize focusing on the company's foundation, but there isn't enough time allocated to actually build this foundation. The documentation is poor, and there is a lack of clarity regarding who owns various tasks, resulting in disorganization. While the company has many talented employees, many of them are becoming increasingly frustrated with the challenges of doing things the right way. The positive mindset that once existed is being replaced by a more capitalist approach, where employees feel like just another number. In fact, employees are already being treated as if they are not individuals, but mere numbers.

Pros

Unlimited PTO, decent pay and permanent work from home. Work life balance is fine.

Cons

Since the founders were forced out, the new leadership has shown little passion or commitment to the product. Their continued presence appears driven more by personal financial incentives than by long-term vision. Although feedback is routinely collected, it is rarely acted upon, and many internal processes remain broken. Product quality has declined, with frequent issues reducing overall effectiveness. Hiring standards have deteriorated as well. While the company aspires to be a leader in its space, it lacks innovation and has instead settled into mediocrity. The culture has gone downhill, small perks have all been taken away.
