We are a young and expanding company and we take pride in the fact that a majority of our employees have been both internal and external referrals. As Onyx Point has grown over the last couple of years, we've added several new clients/contracts to both our commercial and government portfolios. As a result, we are proud to say that overall employee retention has been extremely high.
