Small, but potential to expand

OWP has been a wonderful company starting out. Several things worth pointing out are within the overall atmosphere. Since OWP is a small but yet a growing company, it allows the management team to easily help everyone get acquainted with the overall job feel. My fellow team members have been wonderful helping me get setup in my developer area. OWP does fun and interesting things to keep the employees happy and relaxed, there is always a room for improvement, we can't expect everything to be done in a night.. I can see OWP has already started growing, great benefits offered. I love working here.
