      Most of the co-workers are hard working, nice people.

      Cons

      High turnover rate in both administrative and clinical sides which management doesn't seem to care about. An alarming number of new managers in the Billing/Revenue Cycle Dept has led to a lack of clear direction & some employees taking advantage to slack off since there is a lack of consistency of applying policies. Management went cheap buying their new software and it shows.

      Sometimes Growth and Change are Difficult for many organizations but Change is essential especially in times of COVID, Telehealth, and Face to Face. However, with all that said that those who are flexible to change will find that it brings positiveand sustaining growth.

      As a licensed counselor for many years, I’ve worked in many settings and I found OBH to be one of the most toxic of all, the most demanding, the least respectful of its employees. And the programs show that in their quality. High turnover. High burnout. So do pay. Lots of toxic mental games.

      Cons

      Toxic. Demanding. Not respectful of staff.
