Pros
I have worked at OnviSource for over 4 years, I originally started out in the call center part-time while going to college. Through my effort and hard work, I was given the opportunity to move up and out of the call center into various roles in the organization. OnviSource has invested in me, and has shown me that they care about their employees, the organization has promoted from within to those who show they have the drive to better themselves. I have taken on various role in the organization and each have been a challenging experience, but definitely ones that have helped get me out of my comfort zone and evolve me not only in the organization but as a person. I have recommended OnviSource to my friends and they to have experiences similar to mine, in regards to having opportunities to move up in the organization, so my experience is not a one-off bases.
The management team is always there to help when you need it and they have your best interest in mind , as I have seen repeatedly. Working with the CEO directly has taught me so much in my time here, Ray promotes honesty and integrity within the company and is quick to address if you are not displaying the same morals and values that he has instilled in OnviSource.
Cons
Any organization has room for improvement, but from my personal experience, I have not experienced any major cons. If I have an issue/ concern I bring it up to Management and they work to understand the root cause of the issue and improve it
