Pros
Working at this organisation is a genuinely rewarding experience. The people are fantastic – collaborative, supportive, and always willing to help one another. The culture is one of psychological safety and trust, with a true no blame approach that empowers everyone to learn and grow without fear.
What really stands out is the leadership. The CEO is deeply committed to the mission and it’s clear that belief runs through everything we do. The senior leadership team are approachable, open, and supportive, without any sense of hierarchy or ego – just real people who care about the work and the people behind it.
While no organisation is perfect, what makes this place special is the willingness to listen and improve. There’s openness to feedback and a drive to keep making things better.
Overall, it’s a place where you can do meaningful work, feel safe to be yourself, and be part of a team that’s working together with purpose.
Cons
At times, not all board members have seemed fully aligned with our mission and values. However, this is already changing with the addition of new members who clearly understand what we do, are supportive, and want to be actively involved. It feels like the direction is moving positively.
