Pros

The ethos of the organisation SHOULD be about ensuring that DEI is at the heart of everything they do as that is what they sell to other organisations - it couldn't be further from what they are and how they operate...

Cons

My experience was of an organisation that had a completely toxic culture where racism, disability discrimination and a general air of favouritism for the few was the order of the day. Any complaints were ignored, people were demonised and pushed out - there was a revolving door where good people ended up leaving and the favoured were rewarded. The leadership and management had a culture of covering each other's backs and effectively condoning unprofessional and discriminatory behaviour. Rather than challenging and addressing these behaviours, something they advise and charge other organisations for - certainly NOT practising what they preach in any shape or form. The previous management had instigated this toxic culture and rather than addressing and mitigating this, the new management regime seems to have wholeheartedly embraced and enhanced this toxicity. Every time I see a post of enei's on various social media platforms, I shake my head in despair and disbelief at the utter hypocrisy. The experience I had working there was totally detrimental to my health and wellbeing and I know other colleagues had very similar experiences, which is a shameful indictment on an organisation that proclaims that it "helps employers build and maintain diverse teams and inclusive cultures"

Pros

Working at this organisation is a genuinely rewarding experience. The people are fantastic – collaborative, supportive, and always willing to help one another. The culture is one of psychological safety and trust, with a true no blame approach that empowers everyone to learn and grow without fear. What really stands out is the leadership. The CEO is deeply committed to the mission and it’s clear that belief runs through everything we do. The senior leadership team are approachable, open, and supportive, without any sense of hierarchy or ego – just real people who care about the work and the people behind it. While no organisation is perfect, what makes this place special is the willingness to listen and improve. There’s openness to feedback and a drive to keep making things better. Overall, it’s a place where you can do meaningful work, feel safe to be yourself, and be part of a team that’s working together with purpose.

Cons

At times, not all board members have seemed fully aligned with our mission and values. However, this is already changing with the addition of new members who clearly understand what we do, are supportive, and want to be actively involved. It feels like the direction is moving positively.

Remote working other than that none

Cons

Patronising management, clique oriented, you have a voice but its not listened to unless you are in the clique.
