Pros
Interns are treated as if they are full-time employees, working on tough problems
Work is reviewed by experienced mentors, meaning you learn a lot as you go
Company is still small, so you sit and work with your mentor and manager
Teams within the company are close, going on outings and helping each other do well
Teams iterate fast and often, meaning they get a lot done
Cons
It is a small company, so there are only so many resources that are easily available to you
If you are not as excited about the product, there isn't much movement within the company (they do one thing)
Gender balance in the workplace is pretty poor
