No pay increases…ever - Operations Onset Financial Employee Review

There is a lot of favoritism between management and their favorite employees. There tends to be quite a bit of “grooming” that goes on. There are also a lot of unspoken expectations as far as off the clock and unpaid interaction with your coworkers goes, makes for an uncomfortable work environment. Everything done is to uphold a very specific image here… notice how every time a bad review is left a bunch of new ones pop up immediately after… because employees are told to leave good reviews to push the bad ones further out of view.
