Great Company - Operations Onset Financial Employee Review

I loved my time at Onset Financial and highly recommend.

There is a U-turn you have to make whether you are coming from the East or West. It's unavoidable... but that's not really an Onset problem.

They buy you pizza on Fridays.

There are no leads. You cold call the phone book that other reps have called 1000+ times and pitch them like you’re in a 1980’s boiler room. Your sales are dependent on your manager and mine couldn’t close the door.
