Cons
A chaotic, bullying approach to management within the engineering team. As a developer, expect poorly defined, perpetually morphing requirements, to be delivered under pressure to arbitrary deadlines handed down from on high. Expect to be working on a poor quality, un-tested code base where little regard has been paid to best practices, and attempts to improve it will be (confusingly) resisted. Expect the manager to try to humiliate and belittle other developers in group situations at every opportunity. Expect to be treated as a 'bum on a seat'. Anyone looking to make an impact in a positive, collaborative team environment is certainly better off looking elsewhere
