Bad Management - Anonymous employee Only World Group Employee Review

i dont know what any pros after experienced working here

management so toxic, creating dramas out of nowhere, micromanaging much. no balance, no fairness at all. so much favouritism at the outlet & the company itself. too much pressure. if not do, warning letter. even for a smallest issue or non related to work. all of that work then only get basic salary as well.

Can OT, friendly teammates, free parking & manager always celebrate birthday for every month

No appraisal, no bonus & low salary.
