No culture and zero system. Out of touch operation managers have no idea what they are doing. Consistenly understaffed and overworked.
Always pushing to cut shifts short and overwork the poor ones left on shift
Not a lot of pros to list. Good coffee for free, that's it.

Most toxic management I've ever seen. As long as you're not directly in contact with the big boss you'll be fine, but should you start reporting directly to him you will be soon trapped in an extremely toxic situation. I worked with him 3 weeks before quitting.
