I was a part of Onix Networking for 3 years. During the tenure, I got exposure to account growth strategies and the enterprise sales cycles. I could also work on improving my managerial skills.

Managing multiple clients accounts sometimes become challenging.
I really enjoyed working at Onix. I had the opportunity to participate in many large projects and felt that my contributions were appreciated by my colleagues and clients.
Cons
At the time that I was working there, I felt that I was underpaid which is why I left. After I left, they sold the company and they are apparently a very different company now.
