- Not much room for growth in each position - Minimal mentorship - Minimal pay for a marketing company - Not diverse Oniracom used to be knowledgable in marketing for the music industry, but since contracts in the music industry have changed, Oniracom has struggled to keep the business afloat. They've leaned into different industries in the attempt to stay in marketing, but will honestly pivot to any type of service they can think of to keep the company going (this puts off desperation, rather than confidence). In my time there, I was disappointed time and time again at how messy the production process was and how the leaders contributed to this messiness. I do not believe that clients get a good value overall, considering how last minute the work often is.
