Pros

Director goes out every 5 minutes for a cigarette

Cons

I would rate this ‘company’ zero if I could. It isn’t a company at all. There has been a ridiculous high turnover of staff. From colleagues, it’s because people don’t hit their target and they’re essentially sacked in the first few months. But how can someone be expected to build a sales pipeline within 2-3 months and start billing when you get NO training whatsoever. You need time and the director is too greedy to give anyone time. I’ve spoken to multiple successful sales individuals and they said they don’t give targets or expect anything for someone’s first 6 months. You’re expected to buy your own milk For tea and coffee…. I have never worked at a place where the company doesn’t provide this. Commission structure is unachievable. So many rules to meet to be able to get any commission. They use a model from a previous unrelated company meaning it’s totally incomparable. You’re literally given a computer and a phone with no training whatsoever and expected to bring in money and when you don’t, you literally get sacked. I am not exaggerating. If you join this company you will get sacked because Andy’s expectations are beyond unrealistic. DO NOT LEAVE A PERMANENT JOB FOR THIS. The website makes the company feel like it’s a large organisation and it’s not. The team consists of 3 people. They say things like you get car allowance and team building events, these never happen. The director - Andrew, seems to pick what clients he would want to work with and what he doesn’t, doesn’t understand urgency and then wonders why you cannot make money. The director gives you sob stories about how much you cost him to the business. From day one he tells you you need to cover your salary or you’ll be in trouble… talk about setting someone up to fail. He tells you he doesn’t eat and can’t sleep because he’s so stressed and puts the pressure on you indirectly. Surely a director isn’t supposed to do that? The director is unapproachable - you’re literally scared to ask him questions because he lacks social skills and you feel you’re a nuisance. Atmosphere is horrible. 4 people in a big room without any noise, makes you not want to make calls. Director finishes early and doesn’t work full hours, he’s barely in. Promises you the dream and he doesn’t deliver . They tell you how relaxed the environment is but you get micro managed beyond belief.
