Pros
- I worked with very supportive managers and everyone was superbly keen to help
- Flexible work culture, 5/5 days home office was allowed at the time of corona
- There are a lot of new challenges in this niche industry, it was exciting to work on some projects
- Good office location, Thursday drink parties stopped during corona but we managed a couple of them
Cons
- Lack of structure and experience at the top
- IT and datawarehousing was outsourced to a third-party company as a cost-cutting measure, although their colleagues were a bit supportive but at times, they didn't care about our priorities which made it really difficult to deal with technical issues on internal projects
- Lack of communication between teams, a bit of politics and rigid decision-making processes
