Pros
Stayed just a few months with this company. I dare say, indeed very modern and well appointed office space. Hybrid work encouraged. Seem to care for employees. Excellent HR crew. Good tech gear. Decent coworkers. Onelity is receiving subcontracting assignments mainly on quality assurance projects from german companies, some solution architecture work and some backend development tasks. Also runs workshops training people in different certifications.
Cons
Not a clear market focus or position. It is a project only based company and some of the projects involve really uninspiring things that owner companies want to pull off their backs. A lot of organizational issues on the project delivery. I had a lot of difficulties dealing with that. The situation did not work out for me, but other people were OK and could cope well.
