      Pros

      The senior staff at Oneid inc are very insightful and helpful with to any junior member of the team. This position is ideal for new graduates as they are guided through the professional processes of the engineering discipline. Great experience and usually some interesting projects.

      Cons

      Since this is a small local company the salary and benefits aren't as competitive ans one would hope. Also, professional advancement is limited due to size and budget.
