I really enjoyed the possibility of working remotely and managing my own schedule. The payment was good, punctual, and fair. There was also a positive work environment, and I appreciated the independence that came with the role.

Since there were no fixed working hours, I sometimes ended up working too much — once I worked over 15 hours in a single day. The pay was excellent, but I experienced burnout as a result. There were also limited opportunities for career growth, and I had almost no communication with my upper management.
