Cons
All startups have their own downsides, and while Onebrief is a startup, I feel it lacks most majors cons. One that it does have is growing pains. As the company rapidly expands, things change and shift quite often. This leads to a lot of strain on inner-teams that form, just to get broken up into new teams as more hires are formed. This isn't all that bad, but something that should be expected coming in to a rapidly growing company.
