Pros

Nothing to be very honest. If you were my friend, I would advice you to avoid this company even if you are unemployed.

Cons

Toxic management promotes managers to indulge in unprofessional work ethics and abusive languages with juniors, unrealistic deadlines and no training with no time to ramp up . The HR takes pride in how toxic the work environment is and brags about it how they have zero regards for work life balance, personal goals and growth. Extreme hire and fire culture. Colleagues and senior members in team are generally not helpful as everyone is in the line of fire so everyone is trying to push each other down instead of trying to collaborate and work as team. Middle Management promotes this behaviour by indulging in extreme amounts of favouritism. Extremely short sighted managers.

Not considered this company to work with.(Chindi Chor Lala Company) Totally diplomatic hr and colleges, Department internal people play mischief They Even mischief at your F&F to when you are leaving this company as well they don't follow government guide lines, Avoided this company completely and go for another best option or join somewhere else.
