      A lot of BANKS will not accept their Policies because they're viewed as an UNDER CAPITALIZED title insurance underwriter

      The people (from receptionist on up to senior leadership--people with great character), the team environment, the multitude of professional opportunities within the company, the company's values and the location in the Financial District.
