Very boring and legacy systems - Software Engineer OneTeam Services Employee Review

Mid-seniors or above will find it very boring as there won't be a lot of exposure to modern technology. Working on a very legacy system, you will find yourself trying to just get enough done and move on. There is no learning opportunity for the latest tech. The company is very client dependant so if the client say no then you lost the opportunity to experience and learn. Resourcing is very poor. You would often find out that they hire people with skills and knowledge similar to yours for new projects instead of utilising you or your current employees.
