      As a smaller organization, sometimes there is not as much process in place. But this gives employees the ability to create structure and processes that are usable

      Pros

      The best org I have ever worked for. They know how to treat their employees and they offer a very generous benefits package. They also listen to feedback and change according to what they hear.

      Cons

      Salary can be a bit limited compared to other jobs, but this is also something they’re working on.
