Pros

Working from home, saves money on gas, clothes, and eating lunch out every day. Most management are friendly. The team leaders that keep up with their teams are great to work with. The pay is legit and steady.

Cons

They hire for technical support but main company they do support for requires sales as well. Some team leaders are not attentive. Any good idea that has been created by a TSR can be taken and used as their own, without consent or even notice that they have done so.

Pros

Work from home with flexible-ish hours

Cons

Pay cap extremely low for all departments, much lower for the national average (for example, I am roughly underpaid by about $30k for my role). Over the time I have been here, 12 developers have left, and those salaries were definitely not redistributed among the remaining members of the dev team. I only received three raises (once per year) before I was told my pay was capped, which has been the case for almost 4 years now. Nepotism is strong in the upper tiers of the company. You have to work your way up from being on the phones / customer service to any position in the company (unless you're related to the upper tiers of the company, then that doesn't matter). This drastically limits the quality of employees that rise to the higher tiers of the company (team leads, developers, IT, NOC, etc). Turnover is high in the lower tiers of the company. The only reason the middle- and upper-middle tiers have lower turnover is that it takes so long to get into those positions since you have to work from the ground up. It's a "bring your own device" company, but the software they ask to install on your machine is highly invasive and does not turn off outside your scheduled working hours. Health insurance is crazy expensive for giving you almost no benefits. This is partially masked by offering the HSA account, but more often than not I have to use external discounts on healthcare over my insurance to reduce out-of-pocket cost.
