      Pros

      Modern office, with subsidised Canteen, free parking and free gym ondite. Work with some great people. Despite the cons. I enjoyed the role.

      Cons

      Expectation on PE and team is to work longer hours. You maybe put in 45 hour weeks but only book 37 to your project. Constant tight deadlines from day one, so expect to be under pressure (but that's project engineering). Pay does not reflect the responsibility you have and hours you need to work.

      Pros

      Great working environment! What I like most about working as an engineer at OneSubsea, is that it still attempts to carry the Cameron culture from the pre-SLB era. The group I directly work with always values work/life balance, while still working hard to meet deadlines. Great balance.

      Cons

      SLB is a large international company, and that comes with all the red-tape and other bureaucratic processes.
