Pros

The people here are good. Reify does a good job at hiring people that are easy to work with. Good benefits. The people team did well on that. The work itself isn't too hard. Positive mission. Remote first.

Cons

Sometimes, Reify acts like their employees are volunteers at a charity rather than paid professionals. Gives good offers when hiring, but very cheap when it comes to growing and retaining employees. Will give you any title you want, but lowball you if you stay too long. Opaque about stock value. Very flexible in denying your PTO (see what I did there). Few recent exits of individuals that company seems to have been too cheap to keep. Tech debt in places on engineering side that leadership does not seem interested in solving. Leadership lives in ivory towers. Some teams have good WLB, other teams cool with the churn and burn.

Thank you for the kudos for the talent acquisition and benefits teams! We work hard to ensure we are hiring the best talent and offering above market benefits. As a digital-first workplace, offering a PTO program that supports the many different lifestyles of our employees is important to us. We don’t have set working hours, and we encourage everyone to take the time they need to reset and recharge. Based on your feedback we will remind managers of PTO best practices. -The People Team

Pros

People you work with are great

Cons

Executive management is terrible. Zero accountability. Avoid at all costs. You will be given zero authority but made to own the fallout of executives' bad decisions. Seriously, avoid this company and Care Access if you value your sanity. Benefits are also a race to the bottom. They keep stripping them away because "we found we were above industry standard". Because who wants to do more than the minimum, am I right?
