We take these types of accusations very seriously, as they do not align with the 1-Stop values. To finish, I think it’s valuable to highlight that in our 2017 Engagement Survey 81% of employees strongly agreed/ agreed that their manager gives them praise and recognition when they do a good job. At 1 Stop we believe that good management is key to creating a great culture. We support our managers by providing them with the training and tools to do their job, and all our managers are open to feedback on how they can do better.
