As a salesperson, I rest easy knowing that we will do great work for our customers and we place a high value on quality. The culture is very results oriented and employees are given freedom to create and grow without being micromanaged. Leadership cares about the people in the company and I've seen several times where tough decisions were made, but always in favor of doing the right thing for the employees.
