      Pros

      This is a great company to work for- management and the culture is great as long as you're getting you're work done. There's no micromanagement and leadership seems to really trust their employees.

      Cons

      I'm in northern california and the warehouses aren't as tight and organized as the southern california warehouses. I heard this was an issue in central california as well.

      Not a great experience. Nothing really nice to say.

      Cons

      Horrible pay. You have to be part of the IN club to get ahead. Harassment & bulling from coworkers & HR does nothing about it.
