Oneshield is a company that really cares about employees. The overall org structure is very flat and leadership is always willing to listen. Employees are constantly challenged to leverage new technology and embrace change as we move to modernize systems for our clients.

Managing multiple time zones can be tricky, but the team is flexible, and we all have shared objectives. Clients can be demanding and timelines can sometimes be tight.

Some of the people are good. Not much else is positive.

When your “number” no longer fits, you’re laid off. It doesn’t matter how hard you work, whether you consistently meet deadlines, put in long hours, or show genuine dedication. Those contributions don’t factor into their decisions. Leadership is focused on metrics, not people. Morale is low, and the environment is unstable.
