Even when giving notice and moving onto my next thing, they are supportive and want you to win. This is a team of exceptional talent, and while they have had their bumps in the road, the current leadership is excelling at driving this company forward and bringing a powerful company culture into play. Working model is hybrid, the company has great HR, and many people who work here have stayed for 4+ years. That says so much in itself.
