Pros

*Growing company with a start-up mindset, not afraid to innovate, adapt, and make changes *Collaborative team where everyone is willing to pitch in and work together *Amazing perks! Regular happy hours, group outings, Summer Fridays, play room, and fully stocked snack bar *Plenty of after-hours opportunities to get to know your coworkers- basketball, Fantasy Football, weekend nights out *Supportive management that encourages you to explore your passions and provides the tools you need to succeed at work

Cons

*This is a company that works hard and plays hard. If you aren't up to putting in extra hours during crunch times, this may not be the best fit. *This is the type of environment where you learn by diving right into the challenge. There are plenty of people around you to ask for advice, but there's little formal training process.

Pros

This company treats employees like family. Everyone's hard work is always recognized and appreciated, and no one gets disrespected or put to the wayside. The company pays employees very well, and the benefits and perks are too many to count. The CEO is very gracious, down to earth, and is passionate about the industry we're in. He doesn't hide in his office like most CEOs. I work hard, and at the end of the day, it's a rewarding experience.

Cons

The hours are a bit long (8 hours plus 1 hour mandatory lunch), and the office doesn't open until 8:30. So if you're an early bird looking to be home for dinner, this wouldn't be ideal for you. However, these hours are perfect for younger employees who love sleeping in and don't have kids to go home to.
