Pros

The pay and the parking.

Cons

Mean girls club and I really mean that. Training is next to zero. I feel bad for the customers because management and HR wants payrolls done fast but not correctly so you get yelled and cursed at. Awful office setup. They will tell you that you’re doing less work than everyone else when you’re actually doing twice the work as most. It doesn’t matter how much you do because it’s never enough for them. The fact that they are always hiring should be a red flag for anyone reading this.

Pros

Working at OnePoint HRO, LLC as a Benefits Administrator was a positive experience. The company offers a collaborative and friendly work environment where employees are genuinely dedicated to both their clients and each other. I was welcomed by a team of supportive, knowledgeable coworkers who were always willing to help. I truly enjoyed the people I worked with and built lasting friendships during my time there. The company also provided generous PTO and a variety of benefit options, which I appreciated. I was given many opportunities to take on new responsibilities and build new skills, which helped me grow in my role.

Cons

While I felt recognized and appreciated for my contributions, there was no formal professional development program in place, and no clear structure for potential salary increases to follow additional responsibilities. I believe there is strong potential for the company to develop a professional development program and a more flexible office schedule for all employees. For someone seeking steady work with a helpful and kind team, OnePoint HRO is a great place to be.
