I was welcomed by a team of supportive, knowledgeable coworkers who were always willing to help. I truly enjoyed the people I worked with and built lasting friendships during my time there. The company also provided generous PTO and a variety of benefit options, which I appreciated. I was given many opportunities to take on new responsibilities and build new skills, which helped me grow in my role.

While I felt recognized and appreciated for my contributions, there was no formal professional development program in place, and no clear structure for potential salary increases to follow additional responsibilities. I believe there is strong potential for the company to develop a professional development program and a more flexible office schedule for all employees. For someone seeking steady work with a helpful and kind team, OnePoint HRO is a great place to be.
