Pros

Remote work available. Account Managers are approachable and helpful.

Cons

Everything else. Including the fact that you will be asked to be in the office some of the time and employees are not masking. Management is passive aggressive and unprofessional. I would not call this a happy or healthy environment.

Pros

OnePoint has been through a lot since I joined. I was the head of IT when I joined, before being promoted to my current position. In the last few years, we have revised our core values, implemented new mandatory fun events, rolled out a robust bonus plan, and are revising our benefits and workflows.

Cons

Some of the workflows are not fully optimized yet. We are striving to improve these every week. We are a small company - which is a pro and a con. This is not the perfect person who wants to work at a fortune 500 and quitely do acounting for a division of that.

Pros

As a small, growing company, your voice matters and ideas are always welcome to be brought to the table. This is a non traditional accounting firm where you don't sit at your desk for hours on end and not talk to anyone. Culture flows through our office. One of the driving core values is teamwork, and we rely heavily on one another to push us through a challenging day or receive support to complete financials in a timely manner. The owners of the company are both women and fantastic mentors.

Cons

OnePoint has growing pains that they are actively working through such as process and documentation changes. However, as those changes come about, we maximize our efficiency following a set new practice.
