Pros
I've been here for about 10 years, and the main reason I stayed is the people and culture. Very welcoming and open team - people are friendly and easy to work with. High level of seniority across the team. You're surrounded by strong engineers, which makes it a great place to learn. Good opportunities for growth. Junior and mid-level engineers can become senior relatively quickly if they take ownership. Very little corporate bureaucracy or "enterprise" nonsense. Relaxed culture - hoodies over suits. Problems are solved as a team. When things go wrong, it's about fixing the issue, not blaming people. Strong blameless culture, which makes it safe to learn and improve.
Cons
Roles are not always strictly defined, so people often wear multiple hats. This creates good learning opportunities, but it can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially during busy periods.
