Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

This is easily the worst organization I ever worked for. I couldn't run away fast enough. This place is top heavy with lots of middle management who do nothing deserving of the title. Nepotism is real here, as is the lack of diversity at the organization in general and certainly in leadership. Teamwork? What's that. They discourage you to work with peers and don't promote learning. There's no path to growth if you don't fit the mold and kiss behinds along the way. I never worked with more dishonest people who do a lot of double talk. Complete lack of accountability and integrity. This company knows they're operating off of broken promises and pipe dreams and continue to bring people and practices on. They need to look at hiring more qualified candidates and start at the top when they do it. There are no leaders here. Just bosses with the emotional intelligence of knats, terrible humana beings with no empathy and no skill to nurture and develop associates. Run, don't walk, to another opportunity away from this place!

Pros

Pay is good for toxic environment

Cons

Petty management that allows favoritism. Upper leadership is either clueless or does not care at all. HR did absolutely nothing about a toxic leader that would hold hours long meetings just to watch them play with different fonts and rewrite information that you research. I didn’t do what I was hired for. People without relevant experience are leaders. There is no accountability. Everyone under my leader was looking for other jobs except for the ones that they were friends with that got preferential treatment. I happily left and am treated as a professional in my field and not like a toddler that needed to be micromanaged at every point.
