There is nothing good to say about OneMarketData

OneMarketData was the most mismanaged and unorganized company for which I have worked. Unorganized was taken to new levels. The organization is 100% flat...well everyone is equal but some are more equal than others. This is not surprising because one of the domineering founders is from Russia. So no surprise there. This flat org. structure created no accountability. For example, if you needed something from someone and they did not like you, then they would not provide want you needed and there was zero recourse, This also created a culture of quid pro quo. This company operated on the questionable side of legality. Almost all software used was "student editions". Screen sharing software was used to access single-user accounts which violated license agreements. It felt very slimy to work under the dubious ethical nature and made me question my values. I have my suspicions that some of the IP for their product came from the founders' previous employer.
