Pros

- Opportunities for growth - Responsibility - Social environment (Effort is made by everyone to keep a good social life at the company. As well as this, there are update days, game nights etc planned & paid for by the business) - The people

Cons

The business is around 20-25 people in size, so often things can be busy & in the air. Even though this can be a negative, you should take it as it comes. If you wanted to work in more corporate environment with more layers & processes, you then wouldn't join OneFifty as the environment wouldn't suit

Pros

Some of the junior members are really friendly and great at their jobs.

Cons

Senior management is awful, they do not know how to lead or give feedback constructively. With comments such as 'this is a mess' or 'this is the worst report I have ever read' and following up with 'fix it' and no clear instructions on how to. The founders pride themselves on LinkedIn for promoting “wellbeing” and “doing the right thing”, but in reality their actions are far from that. Hands down the worst culture I’ve ever experienced.

Pros

The salary seems better than elsewhere but for the amount of hours you work and the level of responsibility it amounts to nothing

Cons

Pay attention to the negative reviews and avoid!! This company hires young people because older people don’t put up with the kind of treatment you get here. Working til 11pm is normal and your workload will always be undoable. Really unhealthy drinking culture and leadership often crosses the line in terms of discussing your personal life. Mental health is not cared about and struggles are even mocked. Someone else wrote here about narcissistic leadership and it’s absolutely true, they like to publicly berate and humiliate people. Expect to see people crying in the bathroom from stress and anxiety. Even if this seems like a good opportunity it’s not worth it for the toll it will take on you. If you’re reading this and you’re still there remember you can leave! Anywhere else is better
