Acquisitions are a joke. This company keeps acquiring PEOs but every single integration has been incredibly chaotic and disorganized. Yet no one changes anything and tries to improve the next acquisition experience. The excuse is “all acquisitions are messy”. There’s no training either. You’re expected to train yourself or schedule a time with Directors and come up with the meeting agenda yourself.
Management is also all related to each other.
