I wouldn’t recommend Onecruit to anyone looking for a healthy, respectful, or stable work environment. The company’s leadership has completely failed to create a safe or professional workplace. Reports of sexual harassment were handled poorly, brushed aside, and never taken seriously — creating an environment where people don’t feel protected or heard. The expectations were completely unreasonable: management demanded you be at your desk by 7:00 AM and not leave until after 7:00 PM, with little to no regard for work-life balance or employee well-being. There’s no flexibility, no empathy, and no understanding of boundaries. Worse, leadership routinely threatened both employees and potential clients, using intimidation rather than professionalism to get what they wanted. The entire culture feels rooted in fear, control, and ego rather than collaboration or growth. If there were a formal place to report this company for its behavior and treatment of employees, I absolutely would. Until major changes happen in leadership and company culture, Onecruit is all-around bad news — avoid at all costs.
