Pros
Technology is the best out there; Seasonal part time work for fall and spring. Co workers are friendly. Expense reports turned around in timely manner
Cons
Responsible to fix last minute fires on site; Pay is low for DC; $300 per event (events are 8 to 12hrs) minus taxes = $275. Pay should be higher per event since EM’s are now av techs and event mgrs all in one.
