Cons
U.K. r&d teams are in their entirety in the process of being made redundant. They are being replaced with inexperienced university leavers at several Indian cities It is clear that the board do not care about this or they would not be happy to suffer such a loss of experience It is no longer a U.K. company as it is owned by American capitalists and staffed mostly in India.
