Pros
Very likeable people who know business and have extensive history running businesses. Fun to work with, apparently very organized when teaching other businesses how to improve. They are also very flexible with their employees, who have a lot of freedom when it comes to working hours and where they work from. The environment is energetic.
Cons
The staff is majority male and the only two women I've seen in the office seem to be in support roles. Their communication leaves a lot to be desired internally and they're disorganized when it comes to running their own internal business. Employees go unappreciated, unknown and underpaid.
