Pros

There are some really great people here and there. And the benefits are pretty good.

Cons

The executive team makes working here almost unbearable. There is so much disconnect and very little communication. Their words don’t match their actions. They don’t seem willing to bring anyone else into the fold and make decisions based on what was done at their previous organization versus what would actually be best for us. If I knew when I was applying what I know now, I would not have even applied.

Pros

Some of the people are nice, capable professionals but that is the exception not the norm

Cons

This place is a cancer on business and the community. The senior leadership is highly dysfunctional whose only concern is to preserve their exorbitant salaries, some over a million dollars or more annually for a company with annual revenue of $200M who touts itself as a not-for-profit. There is no hierarchy nor order. Low level employees have a high sense of entitlement and weaponize HR against their managers when they are expected to show up 2 days per week and work a full day in the office or a meeting is scheduled during their self-proclaimed lunch time. There is massive back channeling directly to the CEO, who is a weakling and an extremely poor leader. This is a horrible place for anyone with skills, experience and credentials. Do not walk...........RUN
